If you have a quest headset, just search for “PlaneVR” in the oculus headset and you will find it as an app labs app. But keep in mind, PlaneVR is a pilot training program - it is not designed as a game.

You must pay for the time used for the training.

Using PlaneVR For Flight Practice

PlaneVR can be used for practicing several flight procedures and is available through the Meta App store at an hourly rate.

Again, please keep in mind that PlaneVR is designed for flight practice and is not a VR game.
